# Сonspiracy of manufacturers

The prices for buying out DMEs from citizens can be marked down. The cost of selling packs for WAX, on the contrary, can be set too high due to possible collusion between the [manufacturers of equipment ](/deepmine/deepmine-entities/game-roles/factory-owner.md)packs. The work of state-owned enterprises has been organized to prevent such collusion. They will carry out market-based price adjustments that make the interaction between DME miners and manufacturers mutually beneficial. The [DAO ](/deepmine/deepmine-entities/dao.md)will also influence the work of state-owned enterprises.
